Lisa Blair Davis is a seasoned global business leader focused on human resources with a proven track record of achieving business turnarounds and performance acceleration across several multi-billion-dollar business units. In her 25+ years at J&J, Lisa has coached executives on business performance by ensuring leadership assessment, appointment and talent placement in all levels of the business units to deliver strategic resets, innovation acceleration, portfolio management, commercial and operational execution, and building diverse leadership teams.

As a member of the Johnson & Johnson MedTech Leadership team and Human Resources Executive Committee, Lisa is responsible for global delivery of Human Resources to J&J MedTech – a $29 Billion revenue/$6 Billion Net Income business with 70,000 employees.

Lisa is currently co-leading the J&J integration of the $16B Abiomed acquisition, which is the world’s leading Heart Recovery business. Lisa also led the integration of Auris Health & Verb Surgical to create a leading robotics surgical company, the $4B acquisition of AMO surgical eye business and the $2.1B divestiture of J&J’s Diabetes business, LifeScan.

Lisa Blair Davis is currently the Global Head of Human Resources for MedTech at Johnson & Johnson based in New Brunswick, NJ. She is responsible for global HR strategy for the MedTech sector. Lisa is focused on driving long-term successful Leadership, Talent, and Culture at J&J. She is a member of the MedTech Leadership Team and a member of the HR Executive Committee. 

Lisa has been with J&J for over 30 years having served in each of the three business sectors Pharmaceuticals, Consumer and MedTech. She has held numerous roles in Global Benefits & Health and Total Rewards where she led the strategy, design, and execution of Johnson & Johnson’s global benefits programs. 

Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Florida State University and an MBA from the University of Florida.
