Summer Mentorship Program
Organized and managed by the Recent Alumni Board, the Summer Mentorship Program links highly motivated students with leading executives and career professional who can provide a practical application of networking skills and personal and professional growth over a period of 10 weeks during the summer beginning in May. The mentorship relationship should add value and direction to the student’s college experience.
Goals and Objectives:
- Provide insight and tools to make informed and ethical career decisions
- Develop leadership, teamwork, creative thinking and interpersonal skills through coaching and feedback
- Provide advice on personal growth, academics and career topics (including possible career paths)
- Provide a forum for the observation, practice and mastery of professional networking skills
