Guanyi Lu is an assistant professor in the Department of Business Analytics, Information Systems & Supply Chain in the College of Business at Florida State University. He earned his M.S. in Management Information Systems and Ph.D. in Information and Operations Management from the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University. His research has appeared in refereed journals including Journal of Operations Management, Production and Operations Management, Decision Sciences, Journal of Supply Chain Management, IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management among others. Prof. Lu is a member of the editorial board for Journal of Supply Chain Management and Journal of Marketing Channels. Prior to his academic career, he served in a leading Asia-based original equipment manufacturer (OEM) as an assistant supply chain manager.
