Irena Hutton is an Associate Professor of Finance at Florida State University. She earned a Ph.D. in Finance from The City University of New York in 2006. Professor Hutton's research interests focus on various aspects of corporate events such as security issuances, mergers & acquisitions and corporate litigation as well as the effect of personal characteristics of executives on their decision making.
