Professor Letdin’s areas of research are real estate and banking. Her work centers on debt composition and mortgage utilization (commercial and residential, balance sheet and securitized). Prior to her academic career, Professor Letdin has worked in the commercial real estate industry since 1999. Her industry experience includes CMBS lending for JP Morgan, loan origination, underwriting and asset management for Tremont Capital and debt placement for HFF.
