Rachel E. Hochstein is a third-year doctoral candidate in the Department of Marketing at Florida State University’s College of Business. Her research focuses on the intersection of market forces and stakeholder well-being. Her research examines how firms can engage customers, investors and communities through online platform design and marketing messages to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. Along with firm-level research, she also engages in consumer-level research related to how consumers care for themselves and how market messages influence such consumer identity projects. Hochstein has been a fellow at the Marketing Strategy Consortium and her research has been presented at the Global AMA Conference and at the AMA Winter Academic Conference.
