Dr. Brian Winrow is an assistant lecturer in the Department of Accounting at Florida State University’s College of Business. His teaching and research interests are primarily in the fields of taxation. Prior to his academic career, he worked as a practicing attorney in New Mexico.
Winrow has earned graduate degrees in accounting, taxation, law and business administration. Prior to joining the faculty at FSU, he served as chair of the Department of Accounting and director of the Master of Accounting Program at an AACSB accredited university located in Minnesota.
Brian enjoys spending his time with his wife, Amanda, and their five children. One of their favorite family activities is cheering on the Minnesota Vikings and the Minnesota Wild. In addition to enjoying sports, Brian is an ice fishing enthusiast.
