Why Give?
Private support from individuals, foundations and corporations makes the difference between a good university and a great university. It allows us to successfully compete with the best business schools for world-class faculty and the best of the best students. Alumni annual giving rates also factor in U.S. News & World Reports national rankings of universities. Simply put, giving is a vote of confidence in the university.
Impact on Facilities
Private funding is allowing us to move forward with plans to relocate from the Rovetta Business Building into a new, state-of-the art facility that will meet the changing demands of today’s business education. Tentatively called Legacy Hall, the new building will provide a 67-percent increase in space in which to educate the people who will influence tomorrow’s business world. Click the button below to visit our Legacy Hall website to give or to learn about our naming opportunities.
Impact on Programs, Students and Faculty
To build on its strong record of academic excellence, Florida State must pursue initiatives and forward-looking programs in emerging fields. Enhancing programs propels the university's academic status, attracts the best and brightest young scholars and appeals to the world's highly recognized educators. Whether you gift is annual, endowed or planned, it makes an impact at Florida State.
