Growing up in Jacksonville, Florida, Ava Ancelin has always been a lifelong Seminole fan. After initially attending Florida State University to pursue a B.F.A. in ballet, she sustained a career debilitating injury and shifted her focus to academia. As an undergraduate, she received a B.S. in psychology with a minor in business and went on to complete her MBA at FSU’s College of Business.

During her undergraduate work at FSU, Ancelin was very involved in different facets of campus, from being a Freshman Interest Group (FIG) leader and Garnet and Gold Scholar to serving as a member of the Amplify Movement and the Alpha Delta Pi sorority. Throughout her graduate degree, she served as a member of the MBA Association. Additionally, she was the leader of the MBA Consulting Case Competition team.

Ancelin began her postgraduate career at Invisors, a Workday Partner consulting firm. While she started as an analyst, she has worked her way up to being a change management consultant, where she can combine her creative and technical sides.

When Ancelin is not working as a consultant, she enjoys managing her younger brother Arik's singing and acting career. Arik is a person with Down Syndrome. Together, they serve as activists to support others with Down Syndrome in following their dreams.
