Caroline C. Poole is the director of strategic initiatives in Florida State University’s College of Business. Poole has extensive experience in donor relations across both academics and athletics, fundraising, project management, strategic communications, board management and organizational leadership. She has been part of the Florida State community professionally since 2014.
Poole is first-generation college graduate and is looking forward to her next degree. A devoted Florida State fan, she has a love for college football and enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and two children.
