Christine Conley is an adjunct faculty member in the Department of Risk Management/Insurance, Real Estate and Legal Studies at Florida State University’s College of Business. She also serves as the Director of Benefits and Attendance & Leave for FSU's Office of Human Resources. Within the College of Business, she primarily teaches employee benefits. 

Conley holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Fine Art. Additionally she earned the SHRM-SCP and SPHR certifications. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the College and University Professional Association for Human Resources (CUPA-HR) and the local Big Bend SHRM chapter.
