Daniel Lee is a full-time real estate investor, focusing on large multi-family properties. Additionally, he is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), concentrating on helping other real estate investors with tax compliance and strategy. Prior to this, he was an assurance manager at Ernst & Young (EY) in Jacksonville, Fla, serving both public and private clients, including a Timber REIT. He also served as the Florida State University lead recruiter for the office and coordinator of the FSU Matching Gifts program.

Daniel has an M.S. in accounting (2012) and B.S. in accounting and finance (2010) from Florida State University’s College of Business. He was an active member of Beta Alpha Psi, treasurer for Golden Key International Honour Society and tutored accounting and finance students as a part of the Learning District. He also was an avid runner, competing for the Gulf Winds Track Club in local road races in distances from 5K to half-marathon. 

He and his wife, Nelisa, (also an FSU grad) enjoy traveling, biking, learning all things real estate and going back to Tallahassee to cheer on the Noles!
