Debby Moorman is the leader of WTW’s Health and Benefits business in North America. In this role, Debby has overall responsibility for the growth and operations of WTW’s Health & Benefits business in North America, and ensuring our 2200 colleagues bring the best of WTW to their clients. Debby also serves as the senior strategist for several large employer clients.
Debby’s professional background includes over 25 years with Aetna, Inc., culminating in her role leading the national sales team as National Executive Vice President, Strategy & Innovation. In her distinguished Aetna career she also was the company’s top salesperson, managed hospital and physician network contracting and operations, served as head of national recruiting and lead instructor for their award winning sales training program, The Group School.
Debby has been honored with many awards during her tenure including: 9-time National Accounts Winners’ Circle Top Sales award and Top Middle Market Sales Manager. She also received the Chairman’s Award, Aetna’s highest honor.
In addition to her work and family commitments, Debby is an Executive Member of the Board of The Mount Vernon School in Atlanta. She has chaired multiple school and community fundraisers, served as Chapter Adviser for the Georgia Tech Alpha Delta Pi chapter, and is a Girl Scout leader.
Debby received her Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from The Florida State University in Tallahassee where she served as Senior Class President, President of Alpha Delta Pi sorority, and was honored as the FSU Homecoming Princess. She also earned an MBA from Georgia State University and is a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS).
She and her husband, Chris, have three children, Garrett, Will, and Edee.
