Quinn Pattillo graduated from Florida State University with a B.S. in finance and entrepreneurship in 2018. He serves as vice president in Municipal Capital Markets at Deutsche Bank, where he is responsible for managing the Affordable Housing tax-exempt private placement bond program along with originating and structuring other executions for the desk, including taxable bridge loans and portfolio acquisitions.

Since joining the firm in 2018, Pattillo has helped the team originate and close more than $7 billion in affordable housing transactions while growing the platform with top developers and key origination partners throughout the United States. Pattillo was a recipient of the Environmental Social Governance (ESG) Deal of the Year at Deutsche Bank in 2022 and served as the head of Community Outreach for the Jacksonville Ambassador Program from 2020 to 2022.

Prior to joining Deutsche Bank, Pattillo served as a finance intern at Capital Health Plan in Tallahassee, Fla., while also serving as an entrepreneurship intern at the Innovation Hub on Florida State’s campus. As a student, he was a Garnet and Gold Guide from 2016 to 2017 giving guided tours of the football facilities to high school football recruits and their families and to Seminole Booster members. As a student at FSU, he was involved in the Kappa Alpha fraternity, the Student Investment Fund, the Real Estate Society, the Young Entrepreneurs Society, the Society for Advanced Management and the Order of Omega.

Pattillo currently resides in Jacksonville Beach, Fla., where he spends his free time going to the beach, playing sports, reading and watching Florida State athletics.
