Todd is the founding partner of Victory Partners and Royal Ascot Partners, two firms originating in Dallas, Texas to serve the middle market in both investment banking and family office private equity investing. He is a seasoned thought leader and visionary in middle-market operating company investing and advising, guiding over 100 companies across various industries to ultimate success, from inception to expansion and eventual exit. Todd has originated and closed over $7.0B in M&A and capital market transactions in the last 30 years, including acquisitions, sales, turnarounds, structured financings, recapitalizations, and corporate carve-outs. He has advised and/or lead private equity investments on behalf of 15 different HNW and UHNW families and family offices in California, Texas, Georgia, and Florida. Todd has held several executive leadership positions and has served on multiple for-profit and non-profit boards. Recently, he served as the Chairman and CEO of the Maryland Proton Treatment Center and served on the board of the California Proton treatment Center. He now serves as the CEO of Palm Beach Autographs and its affiliated companies. Todd serves on the executive committee for the board of The Promise Fund and The Palm Beach Opera and is the Chairman of the Audit Committee for Worthy Financial, Inc. He is also a member of the Board of Governors of the Florida State University College of Business and serves as Chairman of the Finance Professional Advocacy Board. Todd holds an MSF from Stanford University, an MBA, and a BSBA from Florida State University, and a BS with distinction from Barry University.
