Rachel Simon brings a wealth of knowledge and robust skill set to Florida State with 13 years of experience in frontline fundraising, major gifts, annual giving and more. She most recently worked as the director of development at FSU’s College of Criminology and Criminal Justice. Before that, she was the director of development at Georgia State University’s College of Arts and Sciences, where she successfully managed a diverse portfolio of major gift prospects and demonstrated her ability to engage donors and secure philanthropic gifts. Simon received an MBA from Georgia State University and additional degrees in program and project management and sociology from Brandeis University.
On the weekends, you can find Rachel at the beach or taking a nature walk with her partner Raj and their three dogs.
