Kevin S. Little
Co-Founder & CEO, Health Advocates Network, Inc.
Kevin S. Little is an influential healthcare entrepreneur and executive who has helped build three start-up companies into giants in the healthcare staffing industry.
He currently is co-founder and CEO of Health Advocates Network Inc., a Boca Raton, Florida-based industry-leading provider of healthcare workforce solutions and one of the fastest-growing companies in the healthcare staffing industry. His company has been recognized as a “Best Place to Work in Healthcare” by publications such as Modern Healthcare, Staffing Industry Analysts, Clearly Rated and Florida Trend. In addition, Health Advocates Network ranked No. 4 in the 2024 Seminole 100 list of the fastest-growing businesses owned or operated by Florida State University alumni.
Prior to founding Health Advocates Network, Little was a founding member and the CEO of Accountable Healthcare Staffing, a national provider of healthcare staffing and workforce solutions. As a founding member of Accountable, he led the company in its growth from a start-up to one of the largest healthcare staffing firms in the United States. In 2017, Accountable was acquired and became a wholly owned subsidiary of Mitsui & Co. Ltd., a Tokyo-based Global Fortune 500 company. Under Little’s leadership, Accountable was named one of Modern Healthcare’s Best Places to Work and was included in the inaugural Seminole 100 list of fastest growing businesses in 2018 and again in 2019.
Prior to Accountable, Little co-founded and served in various executive roles for 15 years at Medical Staffing Network. During his tenure, he helped lead the company from start-up status to an IPO on the New York Stock Exchange as one of the healthcare staffing industry’s largest companies.
After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 1992, Little began a career in public accounting as an auditor with Ernst & Young. He became a three-time Florida EY Entrepreneur of the Year finalist, and he has been recognized multiple times by Staffing Industry Analysts as one of the “100 Most Influential Leaders of the Industry” in North American staffing.
He mentors multiple FSU College of Business students and serves on the executive board of the college Board of Governors. He frequently speaks to FSU student groups and undergraduate accounting classes and at FSU events, including as a guest panelist at the inaugural FSU Business of Healthcare Summit.
He also serves his community of Parkland, Florida, as a longtime youth sports coach and as a college prep mentor and SAT math tutor.
Little is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Florida.
