Leslie Mille is the Christopher E. Iansiti Senior Director of Business Career Services in Florida State University’s College of Business, where she plays pivotal role in shaping the professional trajectory of College of Business students, leading a team dedicated to providing comprehensive career and professional development resources, forging meaningful industry connections and fostering a culture of lifelong career success. She serves as a strategic partner to students, faculty, alumni and employers, ensuring alignment between academic preparation and real-world employment opportunities. Mille formerly served as the college’s director of alumni and student engagement for nearly seven years before moving to the FSU Career Center, where she served as the associate director for nine years and interim director for two years.

Interesting Facts

Leslie plays flute and piccolo and was a member of the Marching Chiefs while an undergraduate student at FSU. She continues to play as a member of the Lofty Pursuits Community Marching Band. Leslie is an avid soccer fan and former player who remains active in the Tallahassee soccer community as a volunteer.
