Molly Donovan is a graduate program student success advisor in Florida State University’s College of Business. She brings more than eight years of experience in fostering relationships between students and the business community, developing and facilitating classroom instruction and providing one-on-one professional coaching and career management. Donovan’s diverse skill set enables her to build effective rapport with students from various backgrounds and experiences. Her deep understanding of the corporate business environment allows her to act as a strong bridge between students and the business world, translating the skills and competencies needed to ensure students are equipped to seize the best internship and job placement opportunities and lead with confidence in their respective fields.
Donovan is originally from Minneapolis, Minnesota and moved to Tallahassee with her husband in 2020. She is an avid traveler and outdoor explorer. As a Minnesotan at heart, she still can't quite wrap her head around the idea that the summer is the time to hide inside in Florida.
