Laurel Alfson is a First Year Experience Coordinator in Business Career Services at Florida State University’s College of Business. Laurel has a wealth of knowledge about FSU’s campus resources and experience supporting underclassmen as they prepare for their career journeys through her position as program associate with the FSU Career Center’s Career Advising, Counseling and Instruction team. Prior to coming to FSU, Alfson was a professional educator, who spent 10 years teaching science to middle- and high-school students.
Interesting Facts
Laurel Alfson played rugby for FSU from 2004 to2006. She also volunteers at the Leon County Animal Services Center and owns in excess of 100 board games.
