Dr. Christopher Hayes is an associate lecturer in the Department of Management at Florida State University’s College of Business, where he teaches business communications at the undergraduate level. He also is a poet with several publications in nationally recognized literary journals. His first collection of poetry, Hey Y’all Watch This, was published by Barrow Street Press (2020).

Hayes earned his bachelor’s degree in English from Austin Peay State University and his master’s degree in creative writing from the University of Mississippi. His Ph.D. is in English from Florida State University.
