Dr. Daekwan Kim is the Spencer-Feheley MBA Professor in the Dr. Persis E. Rockwood School of Marketing at Florida State University’s College of Business. His research interests include the impact of IT on firms’ marketing strategies and activities, marketing/international marketing strategies, multinational brand management, customer equity and international buyer-seller relationships. His research has been published in the Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of Management Studies, Journal of Academy of Marketing Science, Decision Sciences Journal, Journal of International Marketing, Industrial Marketing Management, Journal of World Business, Journal of Business Research, and International Marketing Review among other journals.
Kim received his bachelor’s degree in economics from Yonsei University in South Korea and his MBA in international business and management information systems from Kent State University. His Ph.D. is in marketing from Michigan State University.
