Dr. Darren Brooks is an assistant dean of Executive and Professional Programs in Florida State University’s College of Business and the college's MBA program director. He also is an assistant department chair and an associate lecturer in the college’s Department of Management and serves as the Barry and Janice Anderson Director of the department’s Center for Human Resource Management. A proven business leader and educator with more than 20 years of private and public sector management and human resource experience, Brooks has extensive experience in strategic human resource planning, learning systems design, compensation and benefits design, performance consulting, talent acquisition and management, program evaluation, information technology, procurement and change management.
Brooks received his bachelor’s degree in psychology, master’s degree in instructional systems and learning technologies and Ph.D. in educational psychology and learning systems – all from Florida State University.
