Kevin Graham is an adjunct lecturer in the Department of Risk Management/Insurance, Real Estate and Legal Studies at Florida State University’s College of Business. At Florida State, he also serves as executive director of FSU’s Real Estate Foundation and Office of Real Estate.
With nearly three decades of professional experience across publicly traded companies, private companies and public institutions, Graham’s work experience spans the Southeast from Houston, Texas to Raleigh, N.C. His development work has focused on conservation communities, New Urbanism, resort style communities and university-related projects. Since joining FSU in 2013, Graham has led real estate and land stewardship initiatives for the university, including the planning of a new FSU hotel, the airport gateway, multiple strategic acquisitions and acceptance of numerous gifts of property.
A two-time graduate of FSU’s College of Business, Graham earned a B.S. in finance and real estate, and an MBA. Graham serves on multiple leadership boards in Tallahassee, including the chair of Leon County Research Development Authority, chair of the Trustees at Thomasville Road Baptist Church, member of the City of Tallahassee Airport Advisory Committee, member of the Tallahassee Chamber Business Advocacy Committee, board member of Urban Land Institute – Capital Region and mentor at Leon County Schools - Pineview Elementary.
