Dr. Remy E. Jennings is an assistant professor and a Dean's Emerging Scholar in the Department of Management at Florida State University's College of Business. Her research primarily focuses on understanding the experiences of leaders at work. In particular, she is interested in examining the unique burdens that leaders face due to their elevated status in the organization and in creating interventions for leadership development. In a second stream of research, Jennings studies positive mindsets in the workplace as tools for employee effectiveness and wellbeing. 

Jennings received her Ph.D. in business administration (organizational behavior) from the University of Florida and her bachelor's degree in psychology from Davidson College.
