Rich Siebert was named senior vice president of broker sales for Aflac U.S. in August 2021, bringing to his role more than 30 years of industry experience in employee benefits, broker relations and sales leadership. He joined Aflac in April 2012 as a business development executive, responsible for broker sales in the Southeast region. Rich was promoted to regional vice president of Aflac’s Southeast Territory, responsible for leading broker sales in the Southeast, in January 2015.
Rich has a proven background in the benefits arena with an excellent track record in driving sales and production from national brokers and consultants. As senior vice president of broker sales, Rich is responsible for leading the entirety of Aflac’s U.S. broker sales, including developing the vision, driving strategy and delivering initiatives to successfully advance sales and enhance Aflac’s partnerships with its brokers nationwide.
Prior to joining Aflac, Rich served as regional vice president for group sales at Lincoln Financial. Prior to that, he held senior sales roles with Jefferson Pilot and Canada Life. Rich graduated from Florida State University with a bachelor’s degree in marketing.
