Dr. Saehee (Sam) Kang is an assistant professor in the Department of Management at Florida State University’s College of Business. His research interests include strategic human resource management, compensation, diversity and international management, and his research has been published in the Academy of Management Journal, Human Resource Management, and Industrial and Labor Relations Review. Kang has received many awards for his research, including the Ralph Alexander Dissertation Award, the Emerging Scholar Award in Employee Participation and Ownership and the SHRM Dissertation Award from the Academy of Management.
