Dr. Shanna R. Daniels is an associate professor and dean's emerging scholar in the Department of Management at Florida State University’s College of Business. Her academic specialty is in organizational behavior, with a focus on workplace aggression and incivility, diversity and discrimination, and work relationships. 

Prior to her position at Florida State, she was an assistant professor of management at Southern University Baton Rouge. 

Daniels received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Fisk University, her master’s degree in human resource development from Vanderbilt University and her Ph.D. in management from Tulane University.
