Steven Haynes is an adjunct instructor in the College of Business. He also serves as the Barry and Janice Anderson Director of the college's Organizational Effectiveness Institute. A career human-resources leader with 38 years experience in leadership roles, his human-resources experience includes healthcare, local government and the beverage industry. His healthcare experience includes community hospitals, teaching hospitals and commercial health insurance.
