Sydney Krier is a senior associate at MAXEX, LLC, a financial services technology company that has developed a multi-seller to multi-buyer residential mortgage exchange for the benefit of the tens of thousands of institutions nationwide that buy and sell residential mortgage loans in today’s $1.7 trillion per annum secondary mortgage market. Prior to joining MAXEX, she was an associate with MERU concentrated on middle market company-side restructurings and an investment banking analyst at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey in the Syndicated & Leveraged Finance Group.

Sydney graduated from FSU in 2014 with a B.S. in finance, real estate & applied economics, and in 2015 with an M.S. in finance. While at FSU, she was a member of Alpha Chi Omega, the FSU Real Estate Society and Women in Real Estate, and was an orientation leader. As an alumna, she is an adviser to Willow Partners, an independent mentor to investment-banking candidates, and remains an avid football fan.
