Dr. Mahsa Khoshnoud is an assistant lecturer in the Department of Finance at Florida State University’s College of Business, where she teaches Problems in Financial Management and Financial Markets and Institutions. Her research interests include behavioral finance, investment, corporate finance and real estate finance. Prior to coming to FSU, Khoshnoud was an assistant professor of finance at Catawba College.  

Khoshnoud earned a bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics and a master’s degree in socio economic systems engineering, both from the University of Tehran. She also earned a master’s degree in industrial and management systems engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a Ph.D. in finance from the University of Central Florida.
